Alvin,
Save as an excel CSV file. Open the excel file and drop the adjusted
close or use it as your close if you want adjusted prices.
Resave as a Microsoft Excel Worksheet and close excel.
I don't remember which worksheet file version I used but believe it
was version 4.0
