[EquisMetaStock Group] How do I save my Indicators/Experts/Explorations/System Tests

I have lost some of my Indicators/Experts/Explorations/System Tests.

Within C:/Program Files/Equis/MetaStock folder I can see two folders -
 "EXPLORE" and "EXPERTS", which I presume are for Experts and 
Explorations.

I want to simply copy these folders to an external drive without having 
to export them everytime? I mean, are there specific folders that need 
to be saved for each of the above, and also for the FAVORITES folder?

Currently, I am copying the entire MetaStock folder everytime I make 
changes to my Indicators.
