Thanks for the suggestions. When I say it is not highlighted, the options "tools -> vendor options and tools -> download prices, and Tools -> express download all are not disabled, and they appear in grey which are not clickable. rest all features in my download works fine. i tried throught application properties but of no use. can someone help me in this regard. thanks and best regards

Besides the things I wrote just now about The Downloader, in Metastock itself you have Tools/Options/Application Properties with a tab Reuters Datalink.

There also in Network you have to write your User Id and Password from Reuters Datalink.

 

 

Also in Application Properties/File locations  you must have the path to the map where your Downloader is located.

I have metastock EoD v. 10.0 running. i have subscribed for reuters data downloader (EoD). when i checked my downloader, i found that the link tools -> vendor options and tools -> download prices is not activated. can someone explain me what was the problem. thanks and best rgds.
