[EquisMetaStock Group] download prices and "vendor options" link not highlighted

Hi All,

I have metastock EoD v. 10.0 running. i have subscribed for reuters data downloader (EoD). when i checked my downloader, i found that the link tools -> vendor options and tools -> download prices is not activated. can someone explain me what was the problem. thanks and best rgds.
