[EquisMetaStock Group] Horizontal Line code

Does someone know Metastock code to draw a horizontal line? 

I am trying to build an indicator that draw a horizontal line with
several price levels. For instance draw a horizonal line at 10 USD and 
from that value automatically draw others lines at 11, 12, 13 USD.
