[EquisMetaStock Group] tiny/nlite xp installation ?

hi, been reading that the bootleg tinyxp creates a small, fast
xp installation - same can be created legally with nlite and
want to know if anyone is using such an installion
what are the + / - benefits ?
does it improve the performance of other programs ?
does it improve the performance of MS with realtime feed ?
