If you want x% above or below the average of the highs and lows, you then need to Apply a Moving Average. You might find it easier just to plot a Moving Average and look at it's Parameters tab and change the vertical shift by a percentage there. Ideally that is what your after.

Can anyone help me find a formula that plots X% above the Highs and Y% below the Lows?
Or perhaps, x% above and y% below the average of the highs and lows?
Any comments would be welcomed!
