Hey there,
Yes there is and it comes installed with Metastock. It's called
the 'Metastock Formula Primer'. It is either installed on your
computer when you install Metastock or I think you have to search on
the original installation CD. It's about 150 pages and slowly builds
you up into some complex formula indicators and backtests.
