From previous experience - No. You can not resell your copy of Metastock. When reading the licencing agreement. You have purchased a licence to use the software. If you no longer wish to use the software, legally you are entitled to return the box, CD's and manuals to equis as stated in the licence agreement that you agree to when installing the application.

Probably not but then again it depends.

If you upgraded to 10 and are looking to unload the older versions
the answer would be no since the license was to you.

If you bought from a reseller and never registered with Equis then
maybe.
