[EquisMetaStock Group] Need a Quote / Data Downloader (that Supports Broad Market Data)

I'm using Reuters DataLink to get EOD quotes but would like to find a
less expensive datafeed.

Downloaders from HQuote, MLDownloader and others get free data from
sources like Yahoo Finance, but how do I get broad market data?
Specifically:

X.NYSE-H
X.NYSE-L
X.NYSE-V
x.nyse-a  (closing price and volume)
x.nyse-d  (closing price and volume)
 
.IXIC
X.NASD-H
X.NASD-L
X.NASD-V
