Burt,
The attachments are broadcast to all members receiving emails.
Only those members willing to disclose their email address can post
emails with attachments.
All group messages are archived at the group site. I haven't checked
to see what goes across to the purebytes site but I am guessing that
it is the same as the messages at the group site.
The emails having attachments have a description of what the
attachment was. So you can tell that the VIX doc was attached.
I think the best option for you is to continue updating the files as
you have been doing and simply make an announcement that new files
have been uploaded. You could also email directly to any members
requesting the files.
