I suggest you call Metastock support. Perhaps they have had a problem
with your specific laser model. Also, do you have Metastock 10 or
10.1?
I have a Brother laser and it prints exploration results, as well as
charts from Metastock 10.1 just fine. I think Brother uses an HP
emulation, but not sure.
