I maintain a pretty (very?) clean list of optionable stocks. Vlookup 
against the result set from Zachs works for optionable.

The criteria their method uses are pretty good for 
finding "reasonably" priced stocks in fairly good companies. Follow 
that with a little MS magic and viola!
