Hi Ron,
As for msn site you can do a search with 2 last prices.
Example;
Last Price >= 1
Last Price <= 5
and/or 2 market caps
cap >= 100mil
cap <= 500mil
Depending on your other search criteria this can bring in results under the 200 limit.

to csv. Can do workaround on the Analyst recs.
