[EquisMetaStock Group] Formula to find stocks that made high at a particular year

Hi friends,

I am new to this forum. I need help in using Explorer. I want the know 
the explorer function that would find the stocks for the following;-

I want to find all those stocks that have made all time high at a 
particular year (Ex 2005).

Can any one help me in this regard.
