The call for the formula is actually
DX(Periods)
for the directional movement indicator.
If you are using the +/-DI it would be
PDI(periods)
or
MDI(periods)
unless you are using a custom indicator in which case you would need
to use the exact spelling. To do this when you are asked for the
formula click on the FUNCTION icon to expose the available indicators
and the appropriate call fml for it.
The users manual explains this in detail. If you don't have a copy
check the group files section for an available pdf file.
