[EquisMetaStock Group] need help on metastock 9

I have metastock 9 I installed it but still not working 
Some error disply

DBC Data Manager (WINROS.EXE) Could not be found.
It must be running before data can be collected.



So plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me resolved this 
problem.
