Hi Kees,
Primarily the MasterDATA sites focus primarily on historical Composite /
Breadth data compilation (on stock indexes and ETFs), getting that data
easily into MetaStock and, as an offshoot of the former, getting any .csv
data easily into MetaStock (including your own .csv files). If you wish
more info, please email me directly at lc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you.

Right click on the link below and select "Save Target As".
Hi, L.P.
Yes it worked. The first time I just clicked left and downloaded the file
and I didnot get it wright.
But the second time I found out I overlooked the small text above;"Right
click on the link..............".
And I could save the .sym file in The Downloader.
My list from TC2000 :"Financial Services" is 1361 items. After downloading
your .sym file with the downloader it increased to 1524 items.
This list is now a combination of ETF's and other financials. So I can
also use your list of 670 items just for ETF's now.
(of course I make a new list in Metastock than for ETF's only).
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate.
What is Masterdata? A personal initiative or a paid site?

Hi, again, Kees,
OK, here is the .sym list of all currently identified ETFs. Go to the
following URL:
http://www.masterdata.com/HelpFiles/ETF_List.htm
Scroll down to about the middle of the page. Let me know any problems or
suggestions.
Thank you

Hi Kees,
A good idea. I have been posting a current "Complete ETF List" for years.
About 670 ETFs at the moment. Believe it or not, everyone has to put this
list together manually. I even recently went through Goldman Sach's list
and they were missing 30 that I had. Of course, I was missing some that
they had also. No one, not Morningstar, Yahoo, ETFConnect, etc., has a
definitive list.
That being said, I will post a "current" ETF list for MetaStock in a few
minutes. I just have to format what I have and put it on my site. I will
let you know when done. By the way, because this is such a constructive
idea (why didn't I think of it)? it will be a permanent part of the web
site
and be kept current.

Hi to you all.
Is it in one way or another, possible to download eod data of ETF's from
REuters Data Link into Metastock?
I can't find the data. Nor in the downloader 9.1 as in 10.0.
What I do is importing the list "financial services" out of TC 2000 into
Metastock eod.
But the list contains more than ETF's only. And I have to make 5 or 6
lists before exporting to Metastock, because you can not export more funds
than 255 in one time and the list is about 1300 items.
After importing I can download that list afterall from Reuters , so the
etf-data is in their databank. But I was wondering if there is a default
list in Reuters DataLink of ETF's.
(sorry for my english).
Regards,
Kees Takkenberg
