[EquisMetaStock Group] system tester from overbought

Hi guys,
can someone tell wich are the commands to insert in the system tester to say, for example with the RSI, 
 SHORT If RSI <70 but only if coming from a value >70
and LONG if >30 but only if coming from a value<30
