above DATA ARRAY 2. Otherwise, "0" is plotted.

If you want to know when DATA ARRAY 1 crosses below DATA ARRAY 2, use 
the formula "cross( DATA ARRAY 2, DATA ARRAY 1)"

EXAMPLE cross( close, mov(close,9, e) )

In your indicator there are two outputs that plot...> fish and
Ref(fish,-1) .

So you will need to write a cross function as
cross(fish,Ref( fish,-1))
