[EquisMetaStock Group] Charting the ratio of two stocks for trading pairs

I'm interested in using Metastock Pro (v10) to chart the ratio of two 
stocks in real-time (intraday data) using High, Low, Open, Close.  For 
example, I would like to be able to view a bar chart or candlestick 
chart of a weight-adjusted (dollar-neutral) pair.  I'm told indicators 
cannot produce bar/candlestick charts so there must be a way to create 
a composite security that is updated in real time.  I created a 
composite using local daily data and got it to work in a weekly time 
frame but I need this to work on a 5 min chart ? real time.  Any ideas 
would be greatly appreciated.
