Thanks for your reply Richard.
I know its not a data problem (and that's why I didn't contact you
directly) as I've checked it and, as always, the data is clean and
accurate,  I'm convinced it's a MS problem.
Will contact Equis and `suss' it out,
If I find the solution I'll let you know.
