jao,
I cannot help but think that the data you are exploring is set too
low. Make sure that it is set to a number greater than 500 or as
Jimmy suggest even the exact number of days/data bars you have
loaded on your chart.
I also want you to do one more thing.
Open the exploration.
Then reports.
Then inspect.
Now scroll through the dates until you get to the first day of a
calculation for the RSI. You will notice that the first nine bars
give you a result of N/A on a RSI(10). This is correct as it takes a
total of 10 days to calculate the RSI. This number will not match
the value on the chart again because of beginning calculation date
for the exploration versus the chart calculation. This happens on
indicators which are based on exponential or Wilders calculations
which the RSI is.
On the chart that I checked it took 6 months before the values were
equal. Six months is equal to about 120 trading days. A year would
be equal to about 240.
By setting the exploration value to 500 you will be exploring over 2
years of data. You will also be guaranteed that the values for chart
and exploration will match.
I'm willing to bet that your exploration is set to 130 and not 1300.
If you are sure you have it set to 1300 and still get the error try
setting the exploration to 13000. It will not hurt the values of the
exploration if it is set this high.
Let us know how it goes.
