Preston, attached Chart_1 with scale on right, Chart_2 with scale on left, Chart_3 overlay without scale, all the charts title bar value are the same, i.e. RSI(c,14)=83.5914
You are totally right in your reply, but note that I used the overlay without scale and depend on the title bar current value and no semi-log scale used
For information, I tried the same indicators with the same limits on two other systems and get the same results, just to assure that the S/W installation is trouble free.
thanks

jao,
The close is reading correctly so the problem is in how the
indicators were laid on the chart or the scaling used.
I also notice that you are using scales on both sides of your chart.
I prefer to show my scale on only the right side of the page. By
eliminating the left scale it allows me to see more data.
When I lay an indicator into a plot window I use the merge with
scale on right rather than a new scale on left or right.
You may need to relay your indicators on the chart. Before you do
try to double click on the scale and see if you can change the
properties. Do not use the Semi-log scale. If you right click on the
scale window you can rescale the axis. Also try to hover over the
last value of the indicator and see if you get the proper value.
Hope this helps,
Preston
