Premium Data sorts both the S&P 500 and S&P 1500 constituent stocks into the
S&P GICS levels (down to level 4 - not just the Sector and Industry Groups)
using our Custom Folders capability - see:
http://www.premiumdata.net/products/premiumdata/uscustomfolders.php
A free trial is available too.
Obviously I have a vested interest in the data feed but others here can
vouch for the reliability and accuracy of our data.
Best regards,
Richard Dale.

Subject: [EquisMetaStock Group] Data question
Hello everyone,
I have a question on data. I have seen discussions in the past on
this list about data. It seems many have talked about problems with
reuters. I really never understood the issues people were having until
now. Well after getting off the phone with "support" at equis ,which
as a side note seems to really be in a decline these days, I am more
frustrated than before. I was trying to find out why they include
ETF's and closed end funds in folders like Conglomerates in the Stocks
grouped by sector. For example UDN and UUP are in the Conglomerates
folder and many sector ETF's are in the Misc. Financial Services
folder. This makes no sense! The reply I always get is send an e-
mail, blah. Anyway, sorry for venting on this forum. What I would
like to know is a few companies that have reliable data that actually
match the sectors and industries as layed out by Standard and Poors at
at fair price? Thanks
