[EquisMetaStock Group] Putting together a Binary Wave formula

I am trying to put together a binary wave formula for a stock I am
looking at. However I want to plot +1 when one set of rules is matched
and -1 when another set of rules is matched.

So my buy signal would be 
If(Mov(C, 13, E)) > Mov(C, 89, E) OR When( MACD(), >, Mov( MACD(), 9,
EXPONENTIAL)),{then bullish} +1)

And my sell signal would be 
If (Mov(C, 11, E)) < Mov(C, 55, E) AND When( MACD(),<, Mov( MACD(), 5,
EXPONENTIAL)),{then bearish} -1)

Having some problems putting all this together in one formula. Is
there anyone out there who can help.
