Plot this on a daily chart:
Close;
Mov(close,1,s);
I believe you will find that they are the same.
Interpreted the close is the value of the close at the end of the day.
It can only happen once,ie...the end of the day. If you wish to look
at a more finite value you must change your timeframe to something
less than daily. In which case you will still have the same problem
since a close will occur only once during a select period of time. The
same holds true for the values of open, low, and high.
