Hi Fernando
A much better way to work with MetaStock is to change your perspective from "If that happened today do this tomorrow" to " if that happened yesterday do this today". If you use a perspective of always being in the present looking to the past you will get into a lot less trouble with MetaStock than if your perspective is sometimes from the present looking into the future.
Your example would be written
SellShort:=O < (Ref(L,-2)*0,05) ;
The timing of each event has been shifted by one bar but the formula now works without looking into the future.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Roy

  Subject: [EquisMetaStock Group] Buy order
  Hi
  Can we give an order to buy or sell at tomorrow's opening if a certain condition is confirmed at tomorrow's opening?
  For example, if Ref(O,+1) < (Ref(L,-1)*0,05) then sell short else do nothing
  Could this produce problems in a system?
  thank you
  regards
