Bharat,

The obvious answer would be to use the commentary to tell which 
signals are triggering. As far as displays, you can use different 
symbols for the various formulas. Metastock does have numbered 
circles kinda like eight balls. All are customizable by color. 
Another option is the over or under for signal placement. Finally, 
signals can be written in several fasions, either horizontal or 
vertical so a macd signal could be written as:

MCD

or
 
M
C
D

The biggest problem that I see that you will have is the number of 
indicators that you are using. Try to thin the group down a bit if 
you can. You want to make sure that you are not using indicators 
that are similar such as a stoch and a rsi which are really the same.

Don't forget about the ribbon at the bottom either as this is 
another place to display an indicators signal.
