I've actually e-mailed Scottrade and their customer service said that there was noway to do it at this time.
I was just thinking that by now there must be a 3rd party application able to handle this. I mean, people would save $100/month on a datafeed -- they could make quite the sale on this little project.
Perhaps I will be the first to attempt to create one.
