[EquisMetaStock Group] P and O problem

I seem to be having a bad rash of the P and O problem. That is when 
you get Ps and Os instead of an up and down arrow. In the past I would 
restart Metastock or the computer and it would go away. This time its 
staying persistently. Any ideas as to how to resolve it? Its too late 
to be calling Equis.
