[EquisMetaStock Group] Automatic Pattern Search

Eduardo made a reference to trading software by Michael Harris (APS 
Automatic Pattern Search by www.tradingpatterns.com) in another post. 
I've been using the program for 3 years now and as Eduardo said it does 
what it says it does and also generate Metastock code to use in the 
tester and with explorations. Eduardo is also correct in that nobody 
will become rich overnight with this program, or with any other 
program, but this one can help in getting a large number of patterns to 
test and use in trading systems.

There is an option to convert a number of Metastock text files at once 
to a format usable by the program. I have found this extremely useful. 
This can be tricky in the beginning but there is a detailed reference 
to that option in the support section of tradingpatetrns.com website.
