Try Directional Movement +DI and Directional Movement -DI for +DMI and -DMI. I think that's what you're looking for. At least that's for the drop-down indicators. For formulas you should use PDI() and MDI().

What's the problem with the ADX formula you're using? The canned  ADX in MetaStock is rounded to give only an integer output - probably not what the author intended. The MetaStock code written by Equis and published in the Oct99 TASC does not use rounding on the + or - DMI components, or the output. Adding Round() to the "DIPlus" and "DIMinus" variables of that formula makes those variables compatible with the canned + and - DI Directional Movement indicators and PDI() and MDI() functions. Getting the formula ADX output to agree with Directional Movement ADX has so far eluded me.
