[EquisMetaStock Group] Data service with historical factsheets

Hi,

I am looking for an eod data service of US stocks that enables me to 
reconstruct the AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE and OTC stock universes 
historically from 1990 to current, i.e., I would need to know what set 
of stocks at a given point in time constituted above universes (taking 
into account delistings, changes from one universe to another etc.). 

Does anybody know of such a service?
