Pankaj, The best solution to solving all these problems is to call
the Metastock/Equis Help desk and talk to their technical folks. I
have done that numerous times and any hardware-sofware interaction
issues have been resolved. I am assuming you have a legitimate copy
of MS? Why don't you try calling them or the people who sold you the
software as there could be a problem with your copy? You may
certainly send an e-mail also to this group for help; but if you
would immediately contact MS or Equis, your problem would be gone by
now.. When you expect something for nothing, you often land up with
nothing.. Dusant has been kind enough to offer you help at least.
After all this is resolved, you can focus on the real challenge -
how to make lots and lots of money off buy and sell signals..but it
is not that simple actually.
