Try HHV(C - ref(C,-1),2) > 0 (means C is rising more than 2 bars ie 3 or
more.
 
Note is gets confusing sometimes, what you have asked for below is 4 rising
closes.  The HHV lookback above is number of days you want - 1 as the code C
- ref(C,-1) is looking back 1 day already.

AND Ref(C,-1)> Ref(C,-2) AND Ref(C,-2) > Ref(C,-3)
