I've got absolutely no idea, Sandra.
I'll take a guess or two:
L Point - Lagrangian point

S Point - South point, often somewhere below North point.
LS Point - not sure about this one, but it could have something to do with 
gapless excitations in spin-1 bilinear-biquadratic chains.
L Perf - a type of women's running shoe.
S Perf - a type of winter car tyre.
LS Perf - a combination of the above two, specially when combined with the 
"L point".
Seriously, avoid wasting time on useless/meaningless jargon.
