[EquisMetaStock Group] Request How to [Formules and Data]

Hello Metastock Group,

I am using Metastock 9 Pro, Metaquote 1.09 (Stocks Data) and
TDAmeritrade (Broker on-line) .

I would like to implement the following indicators in Metastock and
get the appropiate daily data.

1. New High - New Low Index
2. TRIN (The Traderīs Index)
3. A/D (Advanced and Decline Line)
4. MAS (Most Active Stocks Indicator)

I have no idea how to begin.

I really appreciate any help or comment in this issue
