It is probably due to the fact that purchases made with a bankcard may
be reversed by the bankcard company upon a request/complaint from the
cardholder. If you send the vendor a money order you have no way of
getting your money back if the merchandise is not as advertised. I
would avoid anyone who only takes payments by money order.
