It appears that the stockscores are based in part on technical 
indicators. If that is the case and we can identify which ones they 
are using then yes we could create something like it. I think the 
problem though will be the "proprietary" indicators that they use.

Post any info that you come across for the scores.

In the meantime I'll continue to do some more research.
