do you mean volume or a liquidity measure such as Price*Volume?
 
Either way try this exploration...
 
Mov(X,30,S) > 1000000 where "X" is V (Volume) or V*C or whatever you want to
measure as traded value.
 
Liquidity can also be done as Mov(C,30,S) * Mov(V,30,S).
