hi swap tech, 

first thing is to consider the type of metastock that you use
second, do you have any system to play and suit your personality??


I trade small cap equity and CFD in three CFD providers in Aussie. 
all the system use EOD data. and all good. 


no fancy stuff in my trading system. all are the logic wise and 
emotion
