Take a look at the "Event date" indicator from
http://www.metastocktools.com/#metastock
"Event date - plots yymmdd date at customizable event signals"
Date formats available: [1]0.yymmdd, [2]ymmdd, [3]ddmmyy.
8-digit mmddyyyy date formats lead to precision errors in MetaStock.
MetaStock cannot plot leading zeroes, so months 1~9 would plot as a
single digit.
