[EquisMetaStock Group] Password in Exported Formula Files

Hi,

Recently I exported  formula files from MS. After importing these 
formula files to an another computer, they worked properly, but I am 
unable to edit any one of these imported formula files & I get 
message: "Password Protected" & a prompt for paswword.

If any one provide a way to export formula without such anomoly.
