“Well, Eduardo, thanks for the great advice.” – No great advice but plain common sense!
The guys at Equis are programmers I think, not morons; if anybody can sort these matters out, they are the ones.
“Unfortunately, they had did not know the cause of these two errors, but they were able to replicate them on their machines so these are not machine or setup specific. “ – I must be missing something here; if they were able to replicate the errors and they are not machine or set-up specific, then they have something to do with MS – and the ball is firmly on their court.
They should have been able to help you – how come they didn’t?
Look here, I do not know how to solve your problem but I have genuinely tried to help; if that is a cause of offence to you, then pal, suit yourself!

spoken with them. Since I've been an MS user for many years, I know
everyone in tech support and throughout Equis. Unfortunately, they had
did not know the cause of these two errors, but they were able to
replicate them on their machines so these are not machine or setup
specific.
I was hoping some other MS user had found a work around. Guess not!
