It's possible through the use of Expert Highlights to control the colour of bars according to almost any condition. Any difficulties that arise are going to be from coding the required conditions, not from using the finished code in an expert. If the condition can be coded at all then it can be used in an Expert Highlight.
First the condition(s) must be defined, then coded. Then can it be used to control the colour of bars meeting the defined conditions.
The Expert attached to my charts has 4 colours, blue, yellow, red and white. A 20-period moving average is used as part of each colour highlight so the first 20 bars of each chart still show the colours set in the price plot properties field (right click on the price plot and select ticker properties).
