during trading period !
Hi David,
The one I have is called "Theta Meditation System" and i bought an
extra one called "Energize & Focus" CD. Both have been very helpful.
I start the working day listening to "Energize & Focus" CD, followed
by "Theta Meditation System". This bi-system works well for me.
