To all who replied to my queries to CS Hybrid Trade Screen system-
Then how does this system goes into NON-TRENDING MODE i.e. RED ZONE.
I accept your logic that its only a 40 day EMA.
Can also figure out how it shows non-trending mode in buy zone. I think when high is higher than Moving average and low is below the moving average, then it goes in non-trending mode.
But I am unable to figure out that how does the system goes in non-trending mode, while in sell zone, with one moving average. if this is correct then obviously this system is using two moving averages. What can be the second moving average.

Ashish

That's right. It's only an EMA a bit longer than 40 but that's all
there is. Sorry, no magic.
If the green and red buy and sell signals come from only an EMA then
the signals don't look so impressive anymore! The signals are just as
impressive. Nothing in TA works much better than moving averages.
There is only so much information that can be extracted from price and
volume information regardless of the rocket science formulas applied
to the data.
One guy told me that he was going to use accoustical mathematics to
find price patterns and trends in the market. Apparently he couldn't
hear what I was saying.
Despite the literally thousands of TA indicators that promise great
accuracy, moving averages still provide about 95% of the information
that can be gotten from any indicator.
Even if someone spends huge amounts of time and effort to extract the
other 5% not provided by an MA in order to have 100% of the
information that can be extracted from price and volume, the buy or
sell signals based on that information are only going to be correct
50% of the time or less.
TA is always based on fuzzy wuzzy scuzzy logic.
