[EquisMetaStock Group] Fixing Horizontal Lines of Price interest

I would like to be able to draw several horizontal lines at certain 
price points of interest to me on a particular pricing candlestick 
chart and have them stay fixed to that price point. So when I change 
from weekly to daily or when i change the scale of price Y axis I 
would like these horizontal lines to remain fixed in place at that 
particular price point. Can anyone advise as to how to do this. Thanks.
 
PS I confess to being a newbie and hope its not a dumb question.
