[EquisMetaStock Group] Plotting vertical line ( indicator )

Hi all,

How would you code this indicator : plot a vertical line on the 10th 
and the 20th bars since to day ?  AND ......  just on these two bars.

Tried with BarsSince but bad result : I get ALL bars plotted since the 
10th one  :-(
